Bonding after birth, cesarean section, and during infancy
Joy and Stress of Parenthood
The first months after birth are a very intense time for parents and their baby. Overwhelming feelings of greatest joy and happiness, but also stress — including sleepless nights and inconsolable crying of the little one — can lead to parenthood presenting itself differently than expected.
The new role as mother and father, as well as the many needs of an infant, can trigger stress and overwhelm. Perhaps what concerns you most is how you can understand your baby better and what they need right now. Or maybe unprocessed birth experiences, restlessness, tummy pains, or increased crying of the baby have a taxing effect.
Even in situations that seem hopeless, experience shows that often not much is needed to overcome the difficulties. I would be happy to support you and your child with your individual questions and challenges. Together we set the focus according to your situation. You receive from me valuable guidance on how to lovingly support your crying child. The regulation of your own stress system and your self-competence will be strengthened, so that you can accompany your little treasure more confidently. With breathing regulation and visualisations your ability to bond is deepened. Your resources are strengthened. You will be supported according to your needs.
Do something good for yourself and your baby and strengthen the basis for a loving relationship with your baby. I am happy to support you with:
- Insecurity or excessive fears
- Difficulties settling in with the baby, no feeling of closeness or exhaustion
- Baby blues and postnatal depression
- Stressful birth memories
- Desire for birth processing
- In case of strong overstretching and high tension of the baby
- In case of high-need babies
- If you want to understand your baby better
- If you want to support and pamper your baby with gentle baby massage
“Two things parents should give their children: roots and wings.”

Baby Massage Courses – Bonding Through Touch
When a baby cries more frequently, is tense, restless, or suffers from abdominal colic, Butterfly Baby Massage can be very helpful. It is performed with great mindfulness and is tailored to the baby’s needs. Through gentle, mindful touch, the bond is deepened and mutual trust is strengthened. The baby’s well-being and relaxation are supported. Pleasure, comfort, as well as the mutual getting-to-know-each-other and attunement between parents and baby are enhanced.
In the baby massage courses, you and your baby are individually introduced and guided through this form of massage. Its effect is gentle and calming. Baby massage can be done directly on the skin or with the baby clothed. Everyday moments such as changing diapers, chatting, or cuddling can be further enriched and intensified with the knowledge of baby massage.
The first four months of life are particularly suitable for learning baby massage together with your child. Of course, older children can also be massaged at any time according to their needs.
